Travis Lutter Shipping Policy

Last updated Oct 28, 2026

TravisLutter.com sells digital products and in-person training only. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

Digital Products

Delivery method. Digital products, such as Foundational Jiu-Jitsu, are delivered electronically. After checkout you will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email at the address you provided.

Delivery time. Delivery is usually immediate. In rare cases, such as payment review, it may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your link within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us.

Download access. Download links may expire or allow a limited number of downloads. Save your files to a device you own right after purchase. Large files (for example, 3.2 GB) need a stable internet connection and enough storage space to download and unzip.

Delivery problems. If your link does not work, the file is damaged, or videos are missing, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a working link or replacement file at no charge.

Wrong email address. You are responsible for entering a correct email at checkout. If you made a typo, contact us with your order number and the correct address, and we will resend your link.

Classes and Training

Classes, memberships, private lessons, and seminars are services, not shipped goods. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation with your booking or membership details. Training takes place in person at 6913 Camp Bowie Blvd #133, Fort Worth, TX 76116, unless the listing states a different location.

International Customers

Digital products can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or restrictions that apply to digital purchases in your country.

Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.
