I first walked into Travis Lutter’s Bjj nearly a year ago with a slight curiosity and within a few days developed an obsession with the sport. When I started training at Travis Lutter’s school I was horribly out of shape and tipped the scales at over 270 lbs. I generally felt sluggish and I was just looking for some activity that would help me lose a few pounds and maybe have more energy.
